RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from Happy Walls. However if you are not totally satisfied, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange.

The cost to return the item to us will be at the customer's expense (and the original shipping fee is non-refundable)

Exchanges outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
FAULTY GOODS
Please take the time to check your order over when it arrives and notify us of any faults or issues right away. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on goods that have been damaged due to use.

If you believe something that you have received is faulty, please email us hello@happywalls.co.nz outlining the issues, with photos where possible.

We carefully check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product or a product being damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

We will happily replace the item for you if we have it in stock or we can either issue you full refund. We do require the item to be sent back to us so we can take photo and assess the fault. A prepaid courier ticket will be emailed to you to cover the return shipping of the faulty product.
REFUNDS
Sorry, we currently do not offer refunds because you've changed your mind or because you did not end up using the product

Full refunds will only be issued on faulty goods.
